OMEGOR® Mega 3-6-9 is a food supplement combination which delivers the full spectrum of essential fatty acids by combining the Omega-3s EPA and DHA from fish oil, ALA from flax seed oil, with the beneficial Omega-6 GLA from evening primrose oil, and Omega-9 from olive oil. Research shows that GLA is most beneficial when taken in conjunction with EPA.

    Omega-3 ALA from Flaxseed oil contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels with a daily intake of 2 g*.
    Omega-3 EPA and DHA from fish oil contribute to the normal function of the heart with a daily intake of 250 mg *. In the adult population EPA and DHA contribute to maintain normal levels of triglycerides in the blood with a daily intake of 2 g and to maintain normal blood pressure with a daily intake of 3 g **.
    Omega-6 GLA derived from Evening Primrose oil is useful for the integrity and function of cell membranes.
    Omega-9 Oleic acid is a monounsaturated fatty acid very abundant in olive oil. Replacing saturated fats in the diet with unsaturated fatty acids contribute to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels.
